Blockchain EOS has reached a new high of 1275 transactions per second, processing about 500,000 transactions per day. About ten hours ago, and in a very short time, the EOS network processed about 800 transactions in one second. Then, after a certain period, the network reached 990, and then crossed the 1200 mark. After that, the network returned to a stable state, and at this stage it is not clear what will be next. This happened at a time when Ethereum suddenly got overloaded and the number of transactions increased. To many users of the community, this seemed a gigantic coincidence. However, chief developer of the EOS Dan Larimer denied any involvement of the company in the congestion of the ETH network. It’s hard to believe that a network that has such big problems, including one with incredible fees for transactions, was able to rehabilitate in just a week. |
