Bittrex Invested In Launch Of A New Crypto Currency Exchange In RSA

Bittrex invested approximately $1.5 million in launch of a new crypto currency platform located in Republic of South Africa. It’s VALR trading platform planned to be launch in the beginning of March, this year.

VALR Prospects
The platform will list 50 crypto currencies after the launch. The head VALR told that about 1.5K users have already signed up for the platform, most of them live in the Republic of South Africa. The head of Bittrex Bill Shihara also expressed confidence is platform successfulness because it has a lot of features for beginning or experienced traders.

Bittrex is intended to participate in financial operations on the exchange, ensuring it with liquidity and optimal prices, increasing its competitiveness. According to the head of VALR, fiat trading might be launched by this summer.

At the moment, the Republic of South Africa has no laws regulating crypto currency circulation so far. The government reported that it’s going to develop legislation by Q3, 2019.
As it was reported earlier, Thailand’s regulator reduced the list of approved crypto currencies.
