Changpeng Zhao: 8 Projects Are Ready To Switch To Binance Chain

Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao recorded a video message for the users of a popular crypto currency exchange. He answered to a range of popular questions. The specialist published the video in his microblog.

The specialist believes that delisting is an inalienable part of exchange’s operation, it helps to support the supply quality. Changpeng noted that the platform’s team monitors development of each listing participant. According to him, the main condition of being listed on Binance is popularity and demand for a service or a product.

Zhao has also noted that the exchange doesn’t warn about the listing early. Delisting happens by the decision of the project’s team to prevent making profit on short positions.

Changpeng also highlights the fact that use of Binance Launchpad for project launched increases its chances to get listed on the exchange, but it isn’t a guarantee.

The specialist also called BNB crypto currency “an utility token”. Zhao compared forecasting its cost with forecasting bitcoin rate, noting that he wouldn’t risk making suggestions regarding its price. According to the exchange’s leader, the project tam is planning to expand use cases of BNB coin to support demand for it.

He also says that the exchange can count the number of wallets registered in the system, but it’s can’t specify the exact number of users. Biannce CEO added that the exchanges often use irrational mechanisms of price formation.
Zhao notes that there’s a lot of fake information about Binance DEX on the network. In particular, the specialist highlighted that the team can’t specify an exact number of nodes that will be launched in the mainnet and when it’ll happen. He told that 8 projects confirmed switching to Binance Chain. The projects’ names aren’t revealed. According to him, switching to Binance Chain will let the projects win support of the exchange, including promotion and development help. The other advantages are “higher operation speed, cheaper transactions”. He also noted that it’s “super easy” to launch a token on Binance Chain.

Commenting on the post, the users tried to suppose what projects were going to switch to Binance Chain. Most of them were sure that BNB would increase after publication of the video message.
