BitRent – a company specializing in collection of investments for construction – will create physical infrastructure for DECENTURION blockchain state. Experts of both companies are discussing specifics and technology of constrictions, as well as design and functionality of each building. The union of companies is aimed to strengthen blockchain globally and to show dubstandard approach to management of economy and government of state. In order to implement the project, BitRent uses combination of experience, ecological standards, RFID, BIM and smart contract technologies. This will make construction process safer, more reliable, transparent and efficient. Special attention is paid to ecological standards – the company adheres to the principles of autonomous circular economy of a closed cycle in which all the resources are recycled. It is not unthinkable that such ecological standards will become an important element of the entire global real estate market. Each building of a DECENTURION blockchain country will be equipped with special sensors which will allow to control the building state for about 50 years up to its demolition and secondary use of resources. |
