Developer of decentralized apps (dapps) Justo announced that EOS tokens holders overload Ethereum network because of suspicious airdrops. We note that a cost of a transaction is 21 000 gas but it requires more gas to to go through the smart contract. There were less than 500 000 transactions handled in Ethereum network in July even though maximum capacity of the platform is 1,4 million transactions a day. According to Justo, EOS token holders sponsor ?random and useless? coins and it takes up a lot of time for Ethereum to process them. Early June, several crypo activists accused FCoin of overloading ethereum network. The reason was the new rules for adding token to the listing. Instead of the traditional voting for coins, the exchange used ?total deposit rating?. It led to a lot of complications between different Ethereum based coins while they were trying to be listed on FCoin. |
